Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Certifications & Online Courses)
No Returns or Exchanges
All certifications and training programmes are digital, non-physical services. Accordingly:

- Exchanges are not offered.
Refund Policy
Once course access has been granted, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to cases of change of mind, failure to complete the course, personal schedule conflicts, or non-usage/partial usage of the course. This policy aligns with UK digital content and service delivery regulations.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if:
