Britsafe™ Qualifications UK Limited retains data under the set requirements. Learner personal data and assessment records are shared with awarding organizations and their respective qualification regulators as needed. The typical information gathered and retained includes:

- Unique Learner Number (if applicable)
- Date of birth
- Contact address
- Contact email
- Date of enrollment and registration
Learner Assessment Records
- Induction records, including evidence of identity authentication
- Assessment plans
- List of units achieved, including dates and assessor names
- Assessor documentation, such as mark-sheets
- Learner assessments
Internal Quality Assurance Records
