Terms and Conditions
These terms are between you and Britsafe Qualifications UK Limited (Company No. 15202418), a Qualifi Approved Centre (QCN7662).
1. Your information. This form collects your personal details and identity documents so we can register you for your chosen qualification.
2. How we use it. We use your information to register you, deliver your course and assessments, issue your certificate and contact you about your registration. We send you news and offers only if you agree to receive them.
3. Who we share it with. We share your details with Qualifi, to register you and issue your certificate; your training centre (ATP), if you registered through one; and payment providers, to process your payment. We also share them where the law requires us to. We do not sell your data.
4. Confirmation. Your registration is confirmed once we have all required details and your payment. We confirm in writing within 2 working days.
5. Refunds. You may cancel for a full refund before course access starts, less any Qualifi registration fee already paid. Once access is granted, fees are non-refundable, except for a duplicate payment or a technical fault on our side that stopped your course or exam from working, claimed within 7 days. By choosing immediate access, you lose your 14-day right to cancel. If you registered through a training centre, any refund is paid to that centre. Full policy: britsafequal.com/policies.
6. Training centre learners. If you registered through a training centre, your invoices, receipts and certificate are sent to that centre, not to you.
7. Rules. You must follow the course rules, assessment rules and our policies throughout the programme. If you do not, we may cancel your registration.
8. False information. Giving false or forged information or documents will cancel your registration without a refund.
9. Automated checks. Some checks and first marking are done with automated tools. A member of our staff always reviews the result.
10. Keeping your data. We keep your records for as long as Qualifi and UK law require, then delete them securely.
11. Your rights and contact. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Read our full Data Protection Policy and Refund Policy at britsafequal.com/policies, or email support@britsafequal.com.
Coupons. A coupon must be entered at checkout. It cannot be added after payment, exchanged for cash or combined with another coupon unless stated.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you register applies to you.
